  The boys moved me yesterday and they were fantastic especially Stefan who even offered to mop my floors. I am that impressed I have told the manager to call them if someone moves in or out because there are 21 flats in this building.  They made a very stressful time for anyone look a breeze i don't even feel that i have moved They took over and I sat with my feet up. Thank you exceptional service 👏

  Excellent long distance move. Very professional and efficient removal service. The removal involved a long distance move from Leicester to two locations which was carried out flawlessly. DIY itemisation form was easy to fill in. Very helpful and careful. Would definitely use again.

  Great service and great guys. We had the full packing service and it was well worth it. Very professional and stress free. We had a few problems agreeing a completion date and Stokes were very patient and worked hard to fit us in when we finally agreed a date. Would 100% recommend

  Absolutely excellent service! I can only echo the other 5 star reviews in what they say and I can't praise the company highly enough. Thoroughly professional & efficient, very friendly & helpful, and so careful with our property. Every item moved intact. Our move of 100 miles, 3 weeks ago, was completed over 2 days, without issue. From initial booking to final delivery we were kept informed every step of the way. Cost of the move was very reasonable indeed and was, in fact, much less than we had anticipated. We used Stokes because of local reputation & recommendation and we were not disappointed!

  Stokes removals were excellent. We contacted them only 2 weeks prior to our move, and they did everything they could to fit us in. On the day of the move they arrived on time, ready to go. We still had quite a bit to pack, and they helped us out by bringing some more boxes on site. All of the team were very friendly and helpful, and kept their cool on what was a very stressful day (and into the evening!!!). I would definitely recommend  to others.

  A very good experience from booking, removals and storage. A friendly and efficient team. They arrived when planned, had everything packed (properly) and stacked and stored. The made sure that I checked every room after removing goods and that I was happy with everything once unloaded at the other end. They took care to make sure that carpets were protected especially as its a building site. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in fact I got them by recommendation too!

  Booked stokes very short notice as soon as I got the go ahead for my moving day. Stefan so helpful and got the paperwork sorted. Competitive pricing. On the move day the staff were brilliant.   Despite having short notice, Stefan worked out a way to being able to accomodate our move (over 2 days) and provided a competitive quote, All the Stokes team were friendly, professional and with a great sense of humour, removing a lot of the stress from move day. Great care was taken to protect both old/new houses with stair coverings and blankets used at both addresses. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stokes.

  A thoroughly professional company from start to finish. The quote for our move from Leicestershire to Norfolk was less than expected, the advice given was positive and the crew who carried out our packing, dismantling and reassembling of beds, and moving everything over the course of 2 days could not be faulted. Great care was taken of our belongings and nothing seemed too much trouble to everyone involved in our move. I can't recommend this company highly enough.   Stokes moved us from the East Midlands down to Bristol. We were quite spooked about the whole move as exchange and completion dates kept going back.  In the end Stokes fitted us in with less than 2 weeks to go.  The whole team was really professional with a friendly face.  They not only got us moved but even helped us smile along the way.   Our house sale and purchase seemed to be one problem after another, the only thing that went well was our actual move ! Early morning the guys arrived, walked through with us to see what was what and then took everything in their stride. They were really professional,  took care of our belongings, and nothing was too much trouble. They also had a good sense of humour and the day went really smoothly. Which we were so very grateful for. I would recommend these guys to everyone. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of the day for us.

  I contacted Nick last minute due to having issues with my completion date and losing a slot with my original movers (not their fault). He accommodated all my needs and offered to hold a date for me until I had confirmation for my move. Unfortunately, the move did not happen but I wanted to say a big thank you to Nick and his team.   Removal from Leicestershire to Lincolnshire It was a two day move and there were a team of four people. They packed everything for us and it was amazing.. we could never have done it ourselves anyone considering the packing service should definitely do it! They made the move stress free

  Stokes completed our long distance house move at the end of September.  Filling in the online inventory was easy and the quote was very reasonable.   We were moving 120 miles away and wanted to move over 2 days and this is something Stokes Removal offered. We were visited at our home and discussed our requirement.  We received a quote within 24 hours. On our moving day the large articulated lorry arrived on time and the 3 men took control over removing our belongings, they knew what they were doing, leaving us to ensure the house was clean before leaving.  Our belonging were with us early the following morning and the lorry was unloaded very quickly.  Sean, Eddie and Ian made the whole moving experience trouble free and not at all stressful. We have subsequently unpacked and not a single item was  damaged.  We would certainly recommend Stokes Removal for anyone moving home in the future.   During the past 15 years I have used Stokes for all 4 of my house moves - every time, superb service by an amazingly friendly, hardworking, humorous team who GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to ensure your belongings, furniture, treasured possessions are carefully moved from the old to the new home. In my opinion, you'd be mad, crazy, bonkers to even consider any other firm - I've tried the others pffffffffff never again - Stokes every time, if you want the easiest, most stress-free moving day.
